So, I've been doing a lot of listening to music...watching music videos...and I've managed to discover a few new voices in rock, folk, and country. It appears that one of my all-time favorite songs HOME has been covered by just about everyone--but there's something kinda sexy about Blake Shelton singing with his smooth country twang...I'd almost forgotten about this cutie-pie until my friend Gwen Hayes mentioned him on twitter. That brought back the country in me...Thanks! :)
If you haven't had enough of me...I'm over at Hooked On Romance talking about SEEING. I think I did a fairly decent analysis on how writers 'see' and what is the best way to utilize this amazing gift in our storytelling. If you don't think it's a good bit of advice, you can come back here and tell me how much I suck. I'll give you that. :)
...As you start your work week, just remember that there's no place like....
I love that song, but I don't think anything will ever top Michael Buble's version for me.
I agree. There's a big difference because Michael's voice is so classic and timeless. :) -- but Blake is a cutie!
