Jax's Artistic Journey...

Let me introduce you to Mr. Keurig...he's the sleekest, most refined, and yummiest machine I've ever owned. When I roll out of bed in the morning, it's a quick one-step process and my coffee is made to order. It makes a perfect cup every day and it includes a little variety that will please even the pickiest at heart! My CopChick introduced it to me last year and I've been in love ever since. Although, I did get the new model so it's a little snazzier and has 3 cup sizes to choose from. No mess, easy to use, and available at any time! No one can replace this baby and I'm walking on clouds the rest of the day...Did I mention he lights up? Yes, he does and he does it so well. Even Mr. Right is impressed. It's a couples thing.

If you don't have one, you're missing out. There are 3 different styles but whichever you can afford...it is a sound investment...otherwise, come over for a visit and I'll have to let you have a go at it.

Still living with this weird sinus/flu-like infection but packing continues...in addition to everything else I have going on...

At least yesterday I took a break because I felt horrible so my sister and I did an all day Burn Notice marathon. She got Season One for Christmas and then we watched Season Two through the USA Network online. We hooked the laptop to our flat screen tv and it was awesome! I had missed all of Season Two so it was nice to just OD on Michael Westen (Jeffrey Donovan). I really love that show!

Today, I'm back to the packing. Feeling like someone hit me in the head with a slegdehammer, my ears are muffled, and my nose hurts from blowing so much...alas, I've already brewed my yummy coffee and about to get the last stretch in as I have less than 3 days to pack. I know this week will pass in a blur so by this time next week I'll have a new zipcode!

If any of my friends are reading this...I am NOT neglecting you...I promise. Just sick, stressed, and not in the mood to talk to anyone.

Well, not that kind....

My friends know that I LOVE my COFFEE. I used to go to Starbucks EVERYDAY and it was some serious chunk of change. I've tried making the stuff at home, but it's the total experience to have someone else do it for me. For some reason it tastes better. Maybe it's the fact that I'm being served and not having to worry about cleaning the mess. I'm not having to put out several grand for the machine, either. Gosh, I don't often deviate from the Grande Latte with Whip. Call me generic but it's easy to love something and stick with it.

What am I getting at? Nothing. I'm rambling because I'm freakin' tired as heck and I need some sleep! Thank goodness I just stopped off at Starbucks on my way home. I would write at their facilities but I would rather have free wifi at home versus paying $10 for the internet service there, on top of purchasing their drinks and pastries....maybe I need to re-think my coffee addiction and find another vice.

Okay, back to deadlines. I'm sure you're sick of hearing that but it's the truth....
